This privacy policy applies to the Math Puzzles mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices. The Application was created by Jatin Yadav (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service, intended for use "AS IS".

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include:

• Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.
• The pages or screens of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those screens.
• General usage data, interaction metrics, and game progression statistics.
• The operating system, device model, and hardware details of your mobile device.

The Application does not gather precise real-time location information of your mobile device. No artificial intelligence (AI) technologies are utilized to process your personal data.

Advertising & Third-Party Analytics

To keep this Application free to play, the Application displays third-party advertisements (e.g., Google AdMob). These advertising networks and their partners collect and use unique identifiers (such as the Advertising ID on Android/iOS) and other device info to serve relevant, personalized, or non-personalized ads, and to analyze ad performance.

You can manage personalized advertising preferences in your mobile device's settings (e.g., "Opt out of Ads Personalization" or "Limit Ad Tracking").

In-App Purchases (IAP)

The Application offers optional In-App Purchases (such as removing ads or unlocking hints). All financial transactions are securely processed directly by Google Play Billing services. The Service Provider does not collect, access, or store your credit card, bank account, or other financial details on our servers.

Third-Party Access & Sharing

Only aggregated, anonymized data is periodically transmitted to external services to help the Service Provider improve the Application. We may disclose Automatically Collected and User Provided information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process.
• When we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
• With trusted service providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information, and have agreed to adhere to this privacy policy.

Opt-Out Rights

You can easily stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.

Data Retention & Deletion Policy

The Service Provider will retain user-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like to request the deletion of data you have provided via the Application, please contact us at jatinyadav2512@gmail.com.

Children's Privacy

The Application is not intended to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personally identifiable information, please contact us immediately so we can take swift corrective action.

We take safeguarding the confidentiality of your information seriously. The Service Provider implements administrative, physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access.
