These terms and conditions apply to the Math Puzzles mobile application (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices. The Application is provided by Jatin Yadav (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service, intended for use "AS IS".
By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.
The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You agree that you will not:
All content, including but not limited to math puzzles, riddles, solutions, game designs, logos, graphics, user interfaces, code, and trademarks, are the sole property of Jatin Yadav and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not distribute, publish, or reproduce any puzzles or materials from the Application without prior written consent.
The Application contains optional virtual goods, features, or upgrades (e.g., ad-free experiences or solution hints) that can be purchased using real money via the Google Play Store billing platform. You agree that:
The Application displays third-party advertisements (e.g., Google AdMob). You acknowledge that these ads may collect anonymous identifiers and data to customize and optimize their displays. You agree not to attempt to block or filter advertisements within the Application, as it is necessary for maintaining the free operation of the app.
The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that the Application will be error-free, secure, uninterrupted, or free of viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Service Provider (Jatin Yadav) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, profits, business interruption, or system failure) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The Service Provider's total aggregate liability under these terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you (if any) for In-App Purchases in the Application during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $10 USD, whichever is greater.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted directly on this page, and your continued use of the Application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delhi, India.
